All-Stars L-Glutamine Drink is a special combination of the amino acid L-Glutamine and the maltose/maltodextrin transport system. For bodybuilding and weight lifting, l-glutamine is very important since highly intensive workouts and physical activity lead to a significantly increased demand. This cannot be met anymore through regular nourishment. The result of a lack of l-glutamine is the breakdown of muscle tissue and a slowed down regeneration. All-Stars L-Glutamine promotes muscle build-up and leads to an increase in muscle volume. Scientific studies have shown that l-Glutamine reduces breakdown of muscle substance during intensive physical activity. (anti-catabolic effect).
The maltose/maltodextrin transport matrix in All-Stars L-Glutamine Drink provides a fast and bigger supply of the muscle cells with l-glutamine. It also provides for water retention in the muscle cells and increases muscle volume.
