BMS Glutamin Plus contains the amino acids l-glutamine, which plays a vital role in the muscle tissue. With more than 60% l-glutamine is the amino acid with the highest percentage in muscle tissue. During an intensive workout the body needs large amounts of glutamine, which comes right out of the musculature. The results are loss of muscle mass, insufficient regeneration as well as missing progress.

The supplement BMS Glutamin Plus balances this deficit and prevents breakdown of muscles. In order to reach an optimal performance increase, BMS Glutamine Plus is combined with the carrier substance Lysophosphatidylcholin. That ensures that the consumed l-glutamine can be processed completely and not as with pure glutamine supplements, that 80% remain in the stomach/intestines.
