Uitstekende mat om mijn balans te oefenen. Tevens volg ik soms de oefeningen die in de bijlage staan beschreven, mede ter versterking van mijn spieren. Doel is echter om mijn evenwicht beter onder controle te krijgen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
