Hantel wiegt keine 40,8 KG sondern nur 38,1 KG. In Pfund auch total suboptimal weil man das Gewicht immer umrechnen muss. Für 699 Euro einfach zu teuer.

Wahnsinnsgeräte! Perfekt verarbeitet und insbesondere mit den Ständer perfekt für schnelles und effektives Training geeignet. Hab mir lediglich eine Umrechnungstabelle von Pfund auf KG erstellt, die nun in meinem Trainingsraum hängt (man will ja wissen, was man in kilos drücken kann). Anfangs ist die Länge der Hanteln etwas ungewohnt, da man beim Bankdrücken die Brust nicht so effektiv kontraktieren kann, wie bei herkömmlichen Hanteln.

Grymt praktiska att ha under sängen. De är inte så bräckliga som man kanske oroar sig över. Jag har använt dem i flera månader med noll problem och det går mycket snabbt att ändra viktinställningen vilket var ett problem tidigare med byggbara hantlar (dessa är s.k. "justerbara"). De kan vara i längsta lagret men det är ändå inte så att det hindrar mig nämnvärt i några övningar. Jag kör med dessa hantlar och en räckhävsribba i dörrkarmen ett par riktigt tunga byggbara hantlar till marklyft, vadpress etc. dragremmar. Med dessa hantlar får jag plats med allt jag behöver under sängen i en studentlägenhet! Om några år har jag sparat in priset för hantlarna eftersom jag inte längre köper gymkort, dessutom är de snygga. Bästa köpet på länge!

Excellent! Quick and easy To adjust and stabile as well. The only minor remark I have is that they might be à little wide for some exercices. However, I have improved a lot in strength since I bought them and I never thought I would do that since I've been working out for more than 25 years and I'm 46 years old so it's not that I'm a beginner... :-) I can really recommend these dumbells!

Super Hantelset, diese Hantel kann von 10 bis 45 Pfund eingestellt werden. Besonders vorteilhaft, wenn man Reduktionssätze vor hat, einfach den ersten Satz fertig machen, reinstellen, am Rad das neue Gewicht einstellen und wieder herausnehmen. Auch in den Pausen sehr angenehm, da man wirklich eine Pause machen kann und von einer gewöhnlichen Hantel nicht den Sternverschluss öffnen muss und das Gewicht gewechselt gehört. Seit ich diese Hanteln habe ist mein Training effektiver und ich spar Zeit indem ich keine Scheiben mehr wechseln muss. Von der Qualität auch top, man sollte halt die Hanteln nicht auf den Boden werfen, da sonst die Mechanik kaput rden kann auf dauer. Aber wer wirft schon etwas was so einen Preis hat auf den Boden :)
