The Daum ergo_lyps fitness combines the joint-sparing arm and leg training of the Daum ergo_lyps series with the proven technology of the Daum ergo_bike fitness 2002 pc. An effective endurance workout is provided with the Daum ergo_lyps Fitness in only 30 minutes training time per session.
