Using a 30mm dumbbell bar, you can compose your own dumbbell according to your favourite weight. All the dumbbell bars are made of quality steel and weigh about 2kg. Dumbbell bars differ in different diameters and length. Dumbbell bars with thread use so called star collars for securing the weight plates. Dumbbell bars with star collars are considered being very safe. The alternative to bars with trheads, there are dumbbell bars whereas the weight plates are fixed by clip collars. The advantage of those dumbbell bars is the easy handling and the fast change of weight plates.
