The equipment of a multi-gym is made of number of training moduls, weight block, and other accessory. Exercise a multitude of muscle groups of the whole body with a complete equipment; training comfort is higher for well-equipped multi-gyms.

A sturdy construction with high thickness of frame gives the multi-gym stability. In addition, own weight, standing surface, and general workmanship are considered. A high stability makes the multi-gym more durable.

This feature takes adjustment options of separate moduls to exercising persons (measurements, weight levels, etc.) and general ergonomics of the multi-gym into consideration. Adjusting contributes to a greater variability while exercising. Correct articulation angles optimize the course of motion and prevent bad postures as well.

A great variety of exercises is achieved by number of exercising possibilities for different parts of the body. The quality of accomplishing the motion (caused by pulleys, storages, friction resistance, or similar) is taken into consideration.

The multi gym Finnlo Autark 2200 is equiped with all pull and press modules for a varied training of the whole body.
In contrast to many other home fitness stations, the Finnlo Autark 2200 offers adjustment possibilities on backrest and seat so that the fitness gyms Autark 2200 is optimally adjusting to your physical conditions. Furthermore, the butterfly arms are five times adjustable in angle. This allows a chest training with almost extended arms (for training of the external chest muscles) or a 90° extension (for training of inner chest muscles) - according to which chest area should be exercised. Moreover, the leg curl of the Finnlo Autark 2200 is extended by a leg extension function so that either the front or the posterior thigh muscles can be precisely trained.
In contrast to the Autark 1500, the Finnlo Autark 2200 is extended by an innovative and vertically adjustable double cable pull station. This cable pull station can also be used as upper, middle or lower pull and realizes a multitude of free training exercises.
Large feet and cross tubes give the fitness gym Autark 2200 of Finnlo a solid stability during the whole training.

Einfache und logische Aufbauanleitung. Trittplatten des Zugturmes liegen nicht vollständig auf dem Boden auf. Neigung der Rücklehne lässt sich nicht einstellen, auch nicht mit größter Gewalt. Lösung hierfür noch nicht gefunden.

Super banc! Il est robuste et permet de réaliser énormément d'exercices. Sa finition est exemplaire. Il est très facile à monter. J'hésitais entre différents modèles mais celui-ci est bien conçu et est évolutif (poids, presse jambes).

Ce banc est tout simplement génial! Il est d'une très très bonne qualité. Malgré tout ce que j'ai pu lire comme commentaire sur internet, il est hyper facile à monter. Il suffit de suivre le plan et pour chaque schéma de montage finnlo a prévu le sac de vis qui lui est lié. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat, surtout que ce banc est évolutif. Merci à Sport-Tiedje pour la livraison. Commandé le jeudi à 22h et reçu le mercredi à 12h en Belgique
