The Finnlo multi-gym Autark 800 offers ambitious athletes doing strength events many varied possibilities for strength training. Butterfly, lat pull, and rowing are possible on the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 800 as well as exercises for leg, biceps, and abdominal muscles. Triceps rope, lat bar and straps with cable pull are included in delivery. This are variably attached on the lateral pull module of the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 800 and offer a versatile, two-armed cable pull workout. Your body is functionally exerted and the vertebral column gets stabilized.

The comfort is important for the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 800: The ergonomic seat as well as backrest are vertically adjustable and provide optimal workout ergonomics. The Finnlo multi-gym Autark 800 is also characterized by a stable steel tube frame and rolls with ball bearings. The weight block of the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 800 weighs 80 kg and is divided in 16 plates à 5 kg.
