Gymnastic balls can be used for many things, e.g. prevention and therapy, fitness training or as sitting ball. Various names such as gym ball, fit ball, stability ball, physio ball, pilates ball or simply sitting ball imply its versatility. The

The right gymnatic/sitting ball size:
When choosing a gymnastic ball, the right size is important . When sitting on a sitting ball the right size, one's bottom should be slightly higher than the knees. When choosing the right size leg length, body weight and ball characteristics play an important part. The following size recommendations are a rough guidline; long-legged or heavier persons however should rather choose a slighly larger ball.
