i-shape have brought together all technologies essential for an easy but at the same time effective vibration training for the first time; the result ? the TVR-8500 vibration plate. One special feature is the frame with its ropes. The user can hold on to these and assume diverse (static) positons. As the 200W platform also generates vibrations and passes these on to the ropes, the vibrations not only reach the leg muscles but also the trunk and upper body muscles. The i-shape TVR-8500 vibration plates' features are topped off by the interactive console which uses pictures and descriptions to give information on how to perform the 66(!) exercises with regard to the correct posture and optimum effect. Five preset programmes (upper body, trunk, lower body, dynamic trunk or lower body), which have different intensities depending on the set difficulty level, allow for a varied and goal-oriented vibration training.
