The training pc of the Golf R has 8 training programs, one of them heart rate controlled. The pulse is measured by the provided earclip or a chest strap available as accessory. The Twin display of the Kettler recumbent exercise bike is blue-lit and indicates your data like distance, energy consumption, time, etc.

The Kettler recumbent exercise bike Golf R is equipped with a motor driven magnetic brake system, which adjusts to each fitness level by its 15 levels. Thanks to a balance mass of 10 kg, the training motion of the Kettler recumbent exercise bike is very constant and joint-gentle.
