Different multi gyms have been tested regarding assembly, quality and exercise.
Testsieger des Men`s Health Tests in der Kategorie bis 500 Euro wurde das Kettler Fitnesscenter Classic mit der Gesamtnote "Gut", gefolgt von der Weider Kraftstation Pro 4500 ("Befriedigend") und dem Total Gym von Schmidt ("Ausreichend").
Test winner in the category up to 1000 Euro is the Hammer Finnlo multi gym Bio Force with a final grade "Very good", followed by the Horizon-Fitness multi gym Torus 408 ("Good") and the multi gym Bermuda XTR Ultra of Hammer ("Satisfactory").
Fit for Fun multi gym test in the edition of January 2009:
Germany's biggest fitness professional journal Fit for Fun tested the multi gym offer of brand manufacturers in the edition 02/2009. It evaluated multi gyms up to 1100,-- Euro and multi gyms from 1500,-- Euro and more. The decisive point for the evaluations werethe following criteria, among others: use, ergonomics, unit resistance, operation and workmanship of the tested multi gyms.
Test winner of the Fit for Fun test in the category up to 1100 Euro is the Kettler multi gym Basic E (improved successor with free cable pulls: Kettler multi gym Kinetic F3), followd by the Horizon-Fitness multi gym Torus 408 and the Hammer Finnlo multi gym Bio Force.
Test winner of the test of superior multi gyms from 1500 Euro and more is the Bodycraft Xpress Pro, followed by the Kettler multi gym Ultra Pro E (improved successor: Kettler multi gym Kinetic F7) and the Nautilus NS 300X.
