The professional 4-station strength system Nautilus NS4000 is the unbeaten top model of the Nautilus strength systems. 4 separate, fully enclosed weight stacks enhance safety and appearance and allow for several users to train simultaneously
For added convenience, each exercise station features instructional posters to demonstrate machine set-up, proper form and targeted muscle groups.
A unique pull-down station with double handgrips provides independent resistance of the left and right arm, which maximizes muscle tension and at the same time comfort and safety
The leg press and ab crunch create resistance of up to 180kg. A high-quality rubber footplate provides a safe and sturdy footprint. The ab crunch was copied from fitness club equipment, to ensure an exact biomechanic fit. In addition, this means more comfort and better results.

The butterfly station is easily adjustable so you can also train reverse-fly, shoulder, neck and back muscles.
Dual high and low pulley stations allow unilateral or bilateral full-motion lat exercise without craning of the neck.
The user defined movement feels similar to training with free weights, but with the comfort and safety you are used to from controlled exercises.

The Nautilus NS4000 has a fully adjustable seat bottom and back that accommodates a wide range of users and takes into account all biomechanical aspects.
Many manufacturers make the mistake of packing a station full of exercises to the detriment of the movement range, because compromises were made with respect to the exercise motion and fit. Not with this station! The four individual stations allow you to arrange seats and mechanics of the NS4000 in such a way that movements can be performed optimally and ergonomically.
