Polar FS1c Light Blue

The Polar FS1c is an easy-to-use heart rate monitor for beginners. During training it displays the heart rate and duration. For each training session the individual heart rate target zone can be entered in beats per minute and an acoustic and visual target zone alarm ensures that one stays in the ideal zone. The Polar FS1c's receiver as well as chest strap are very light and flat and hardly noticeable during training.

Just like its predecessor, the Polar FS2c, the Polar FS1c heart rate monitor has the OwnCode function which prevents interruptions by other heart rate monitors, e.g. your training partner's. Using the Polar FS1c heart rate monitor one can ensure that one stays within one's ideal intensity level and thus achieves the desired training goals. One can set one's individual target zone in accordance with ones personal training goals. The target zone alarm lets one know when leaving the target zone. Thus one has constant feedback without needing to pause the workout. Suitable for all sports activities, from walking to running, but even for e.g. swimming, cycling or cross-country skiing.
