The Sigma Pulse Computer PC15 is an individual trainer, that provides the ambitious athlete with exact control, planning and evaluation of his or her training. The lap timer lets you record and evaluate your lap times. The zone indicator shows you whether you are training in your desired target zone. You can choose from 3 zones: the health zone, in which fat is burned, the fitness zone, in which your fitness level is optimized, and the performance increasing power zone. The 3-zone-alarm indicates with an audio signal in which zone you are currently training.
