Skipping Ropes

The skipping ropes differentiate in material, weight and form of the grip as well as material of the actual rope. Ball bearings allow constant swing features, heavier grips offer an additional training effect. Some skipping ropes also have a display integrated in the grip which indicates number, training time and calory consumption.
You get the correct length of a skipping rope,when you stand with both feet on the middle of the rope. ideally, the rope ends should reach up to your armpits.
