The Sport-Tiedje Adjustable Kettlebell allows an intensive kettlebell workout at a minimum of material effort. The variable kettlebell system is easier to move than complete kettlebell sets and offer a more affordable price. The principle of the Sport-Tiedje Adjustable Kettlebell is very simple: a weight plates rack is put in the middle of the kettlebell base. Here, additional weights are put (weight plates with a hole of 30mm). The weight plates are fixed with a screw cap on the kettlebell.

The Sport-Tiedje Adjustable Kettlebell has many advantages in contrast to fixed kettlebells (so called Russian Kettlebells):
