The Suunto M5 fitness computer is a high-quality, reliable and first and foremost flexible training computer for passionate fitness enthusiasts. The M5 is compatible with a number of sensors, e.g. the Suunto GPS pod, and therefore can provide you with information on speed and distance for a number of different sports (optional). Important fitness recommendations are made during, before and after the workout in order to keep you in an effective training zone at all times. Part of this is for you to know when it is time for a break!

As training is monitored you can be sure that you are in the most effective training zone at all times. Only he/she who exercises in the right training zone will achieve his/her fitness goals. The heart rate and the calories burnt are measured in real time. Motivating messages will give you a motivating feedback at all times.
