Suunto t4 training manager

The Suunto t4 training manager guides you to an optimal fitness by individual training plans for training frequency, duration, and effect. It is your Suunto coach.
The Suunto Coach prepares a training plan for five days for the improvement of your aerobic condition. On the basis of the training effect technology you are advised, how long and how intensive you should train in the next days. If you accept the training proposal, the Suunto t4 leads you through the training to reach a good training result. If you refuse the proposal in favour of a free day or another training unit, the Suunto t4 shows you the adjusted training plan for the next five days. Thereby, the t4 training manager adjusts to your efficiency development and provides all relevant training data (heart rate, calorie consumption, quantifiable training effect, etc.) in real time. In combination with the optionally available PODs, you also get information about speed and distance. You can transfer training data to your pc by means of an optionally pc POD and the personal training manager program. Thereby, you can easily use a training diary. The Suunto t4 meets the requirements of endurance sport with competition orientation, above all, running, cycling, cross-country skiing, triathlone, etc.
