The Suunto t6d training manager including Suunto Dual Comfort Belt is your personal training partner! Use your personal Suunto t6d training-coach to improve your fitness by means of heart rate controlled training. Thereby, you increase your fitness and support your health. The t6d training manager guides optimally through your workout and is perfectly designed for the needs of endurance athletes with competition orientation (running, cycling, skiing, triathlon, etc.).

The heart rate monitor t6d is a Suunto-precison device, providing all the important training data (heart rate, calories consumption, training effect, etc.) in real time. The so called "Training Effect (TE)" is a value that is exactly showing how efficient your workout is. The training effect is indicated on a scale of 1 to 5. You are constantly informed if you exercise to low, to intensively or in the right zone and get instructions for further training units. When you accept the training proposition, you are guided through the workout by the Suunto t6d so that you reach a good training result. Thereby, the t6d training manager adjusts to your performance development.
Furthermore, the Suunto t6d training manager is equiped with an altimeter and can be connected with the optional, wireless Suunto PODs. Thereby, you get information about speed, distance, and cadence and can extend the range of function of the Suunto t6d training computer.
By means of the optional Suunto PC POD as well as the optional PC-Software Suunto Training Manager, you can transfer your training data to your pc and analyse it. Analyse, i.e., the training effect by means of the heart rate change. The software compares measured values with your current fitness level and informs which training strains are necessary for different effects.

The chest strap Suunto Dual Comfort Belt is included in the delivery of the models Suunto t6d. The practical lock mechanism and the interference free, digital ANT-transmission provide highest wear and user comfort. The user can change the battery.
