The Tanita BC570 uses a new, revolutionary, patented BIA method which is quick and uncomplicated. The so-called Bio Impedanz Analyse is a safe method which is medically recognised. The recovery heart rate is yet another criteria which can be used. This should be less than 60 beats per minute.
