The integrated system includes a memory for 10 training sequences, the stop watch with 50 lap times, display of average heart rate per lap, and five interval timers with individual heart rate target zones. Therefore, the Timex Race Trainer Pro Set offers all data you need to organize your workout or competition.

The delivery of the Timex Race Trainer Pro Set includes the Timex Data Xchanger USB stick. This allows wireless settings and to download training data on your computer. The training data can be transmitted to the free Timex Trainer training journal (supported by TrainingPeaks.com).
