Trampolines and Rebounders

Trampolines and rebounders guarantee fun and play for the whole family. Either for training, therapy or just for having one's fling: trampolines and rebounders offer a diversified use. The training on the trampoline/rebounder not only stimulates the muscles but endurance and coordination get intensively trained. The swinging stimulate metabolism and blood circulation as well.

Beginner-trampolines/rebounders with smaller diameter like theKettler Trampoline (95 cm diameter) are good for children as well as the light training use for adults.
Bigger trampolines/rebounders as i.e. the Sport-Tiedje Trampoline (122 cm diameter) and the Bremshey Trampoline Funhop Super (125 cm diameter) offer an increased security and better conditions for a varied workout thanks to larger jump surfaces.
The especially high-quality trampolines/rebounders of Trimilin and Bellicon originates in therapy and convince by first-class workmanship and durability. You get the best training effect with long swinging phases and a soft charge and relief of the intervertebral discs with the high-elastic models of Bellicon. The soft movement is extremely gentle for tendons, ligaments and joints.
Trampolines with a diameter of 240 to 430 cm are also ideal for outdoor use. Different dimensions guarantee the offer of the right trampoline for each garden.

A cover protecting your trampoline/rebounder against each weather is recommendable as accessory for your trampoline. The security net increases the accomplishment of safe jumps - this increases the fun for everyone.
