The TrimMaster B104 is a good entry-level ergometer with an 11kg flywheel and 10 to 350 watts output. The heart rate can be measured via chest strap or the integrated hand sensors. All relevant exercise information can be read off the TrimMaster B104ergometer's backlit LCD display without any problems. 17 exercise programmes make for a varied, customisable training.
