It offers best courses of motion thanks to its ergonomics and supports an efficient strength training. Either lat pull, butterfly, bench press, leg extension, rowing or squat, etc. - the weight bench Nordic Track offers varied exercise forms.

By means of the barbell rack, which is adjustable in height, you can adjust the weight bench Nordic Track to your body size according to your training target and fitness. The bench press can be exercised either guided or free with a barbell bar. The curlpult invites to an intensive biceps training and the leg curl to an efficient exercise of leg muscles (leg extension module). Detail solutions as i.e. integrated racks for weight plates and a foot board for sitting rowing movements complete the equipment of the weight bench Nordic Track.
