You can choose between step-boards, mini steppers and biggers steppern:
Step-boards convince by their simplicity and are often used for aerobics. They are mostly adjustable in height and offer a varied exercise repertoire and are good for endurance, muscle strength and rehab training.
Mini steppers are small and compact and easy to store - but only have small hydraulic cylinders. Because of the small hydraulic cylinders only sparsely to charge, the mini steppers are good for a light training with little charges. Ideal for beginners.
Higher steppers are equiped with big, robust hydraulic cylinders and can resist intensive charges. Stable arm bars and handgrips for support offer the necessary security against balance problems.
