The First Degree Fitness Fluid Upperbody Ergometer has been desigend for an easy workout of the whole upper body muscles. The upper body trainer of First Degree can be used in sitting as well as in standing position. If you use the Fluid Upperbody Ergometer in sitting position, shoulders and arms are more trained. If you use the adjustable hand grips in standing position, you precisely strengthen the stabilization muscles in the trunk. Therefore, no matter which muscle group of the upper body you would like to strengthen - the First Degree Fitness Fluid Upperbody Ergometer supports a more rapid body building respectively an efficient muscle tigthening. The patented Fluid technology of First Degree is an intelligent alternative to the traditional resistance workout, because the Fluid Upperbody Ergometer also allows very low resistance adjustments. The (water) resistance of the vertical watertank can be twenty times adapted.
The display always informs about the most important workout parameters and is therefore motivating - for a healthy and efficient upper body workout !
