Weight Benches

Our free weight benches are classic elements of any weight training programme. They are available for either dumbbell or barbell training in a variety of price ranges.
Hoist, Nautilus and StarTrac are manufacturers of high-quality goods, therefore you will find commercial quality benches in our range. Hammer Finnlo and BodyCraft weight benches are also very sturdy, versatile and adjustable.

Our selection is rounded off by weight benches which make one compact exercise unit when combined with a lat tower, biceps curl station or leg curl station, which can be bought separately. Examples of these kind of benches are the Nautilus NT1020 weight bench and Hoist HF4165 weight bench.
