Indoorcycles

Indoorcycling courses are one of the trends in fitness studios; Schwinn popularised indoorcycling in Germany and are still regarded as the "inventor of indoorcycling".
Exercise bikes with great resilience and no console or freewheel are called indoorcycles (thus one cannot just simply stop pedalling; however, the bikes have various forms of emergency stop mechanisms).
Indoorcycling in gyms lives on group dynamics, however these sturdy and resilient bikes are gaining more and more supporters in the home.
The Kettler Racer GT is the golden middle course. It has a belt drive and a magnet braking system, which is similar to an indoorbike's features, however it has motivating cockpit displays and a freewheel.
