Discount:
We grant you a discount of 3% for several articles if you pay by cash in advance or by credit card. To simplify matters, we have indicated the discounted price for every item on the merchandise pages. Books are strictly undiscountable.

Free delivery:
For as little as GBP 70 total merchandise (delivery by UPS) or GBP 700 (delivery by freight carrier) we offer free shipping to the isle of Britain. For deliveries to Northern Ireland or other islands, we will be happy to quote a delivery charge on your request. Only weight bars and free weights (weight plates, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells) are excluded from this offer, since their considerable weight results in significantly higher delivery costs.

Delivery charges within Great Britain (Northern Ireland and other islands excluded):
For orders less than GBP 70 or GBP 700 total merchandise, as well as of weight bars and free weights, you pay only a fraction of the delivery costs:

  • Orders less than GBP 70 total merchandise and up to 31 kg in weight:
    • Delivery by UPS:
      0 - 10 kg GBP 7
      10 - 20 kg GBP 9
      20 - 30 kg GBP 12
  • Orders less than GBP 700 total merchandise and over 31 kg in weight:
    • Delivery is made by freight carrier.
      The customer's share of delivery costs depends on merchandise total for the entire order.

  • Weight bars and free weights (weight plates, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells):

When you proceed to the checkout of our shopping cart system, any delivery charges that you incur are indicated.

Worldwide delivery is possible with all merchandise. We will be happy to make you an individual offer.

Delivery by parcel service of packages up to 31 kg (UPS) is made within 3-5 workdays.
Larger shipments are delivered by freight carrier within 5-7 workdays; the freight carrier will notify you by phone to schedule an appointment for delivery - nothing could be easier!

14-day return period with money-back guarantee
All orders may be cancelled within a period of 14 days without the need to give a reason. Return of merchandise totaling at least GBP 35 within this period costs you nothing. Please notify us in the event that you wish to return an item. This avoids undue expense or misunderstanding.
