Time and time again the fitness industry amazes with new technical or sport scientific innovations.

innovative fitness station
Reknown innovations regarding strength training are for example Hoist's ultra-light grips for cable pulley exercises, Bodycraft's and Nautilus' ultra-compact multi gyms or Kettler's modern training computers.
The company Hammer's weight station Bio Force is a groundbreaking novelty. The station has a new resistance system which makes weight stacks obsolete. Hammer Finnlo's strength station Bio Force uses two nitrogen filled cylinders in order to produce the right resistance. These cylinders give the station its astoundingly constant resistence throughout the whole workout. Thus having to work with heavy iron weights is a thing of the past.
The lack of weight stacks makes the strength station considerably lighter (only 79 kg total weight!)

and due to integrated transport wheels it can be moved without any problems. The station is that light that it can be moved single-handedly. A clear advantage over any other multi gym. The lack of weight stacks is also noticeable in regard to the noise level. Exercising on equipment with iron weights, noises can occur due to the friction caused by the moving weight plates. These noises do not occur when exercising on the Bio Force due to its groundbreaking resistance system.
Despite its low total weight, the Bio Force weight station is sturdy due to its base and solid frame.

Total-Nitrocell Resistance
The patented TNT resistance technology (
Total
Nitrocell
Technology) provides resistance from 2,5 kg up to 100 kg. This push-lock resistance can be adjusted from a seated positon without having to get up, just with one turn of the hand. Any desired level of resistance is quickly and easily on hand. This patented technology gives the Bio Force an increadibly smooth resistance whilst training.
Unlike massive weight stacks, the Bio Force's resistance can be adjusted a lot more sophisticatedly. Whereas using weight stacks there is usually an increase in 10 kg steps, the Bio Force enables the user to increase the resistance in 1 kg - 2,5 kg steps.
Customer surveys in the USA showed that 89% of Bio Force owners were extremely happy with both the nitrogen cylinder technology and the station's over all quality. Both features scored 4 or 5 stars (out ot a possible 5 stars).

even distribution of resistance
However, the strength station Bio Force also convinces with its wide array of exercise possibilities. Three cable pulley systems of varying heights (top, middle, bottom) can be combined with a variety of grips, bars and straps and thus make for a versatile workout. A lat bar as well as a couple of grips are already included in the scope of delivery. For an even more varied training we recommend the accessory set including a storage box, further grips and

straps. The box can be incorporated in the weight station's base and the grips facilitate a varied workout.
Hammer Finnlo's weight station Bio Force can be adjusted to any height and has been tested extensively by men and women with body heights of 1,60m - 2,00m. The leg curl attachment and seat are detachable and thus enable the user to exercise standing also.

The weight station scores points with beginners and advanced in particular because of its detailed exercise instructions and documentation. Included in the scope of delivery are a training manual with more than 100 exercises, 2 training plans (for men and women) as well as Eric Lichter's own training material in the form of a training programme and a DVD.
