The multifunctional Kettler Vario-Gym affords an effective total-body workout using with one's own body weight as resistance. Functioning like the Kettler Multi-Gym, it offers a variety of rope-pull and fitness exercises, in either a lying or sitting position, that condition for both strength and endurance. The ergonomically favorable arrangement of the ropes and pulleys ensures a low-impact workout on the Kettler Vario-Gym. The level of resistance can be adjusted easily by changing the angle of incline, to suit every age, fitness level, and training purpose.
