Humans already discovered the healing power of sun rays early in their history. Varied are the effects of light and its bearing on the way we arrange the day, the central nervous system and our hormonal balance. Other life processes also depend on it, e.g. sleep, digestion, metabolism. Light influences our performance and concentration. We blossom when the sun is shining brightly!
