The Polar FS1 is an easy-to-use heart rate monitor for beginners and people in rehabilitation. It display heart rate and training time during workouts. After each training unit, you can check your average heart rate and total training time. Receiver as well as the chest strap of the Polar FS1 stand out through their light and flat design that you hardly notice during training.

Compared to its predecessor, the Polar F1, the Polar FS1 Pulse Monitor was enhanced by time and a programmable target zone with acoustical/visual alarm. The Polar FS1 heart rate monitor helps you to ensure that you are training at the ideal intensity and therefore reach your desired training goals. You can set your individual target zone according to your personal training goals. The target zone alarm warns you when leaving the target zone. That way, you have constant feedback without having to interrupt youtr training. Suitable for all athletic activities, from walking to running, but also for swimming, cycling and cross-country.
