Tunturi's E60 is a recumbent ergometer with uninhibited frame access. The comfortable, two-part seast supports the lower back, whilst the tilted position relieves the heart and enhances the circulation in the legs. A gentle all body workout.
The reliable console faccilitates exciting exercise possibilities. The handling in particular is very intuitive and user-friendly. It has all the functions important to beginners (heart rate measurement, targeted resistance control, varied programmes, ...).
T-Ride? and T-Trainer? are two functions which are particularly striking in this context. The T-Ride? training function simulates a bicycle ride on natural terrain. The gears can be changed using the rotary switch and the altitude profile can be observed during training. The Tunturi E60R's display shows, besides training time and speed, the muscle groups wich are influenced the most effective in the respective training intervals.
In addition the Tunturi E60R ergometer has 10 predetermined training programmes (5 of which heart rate controlled), one manually controllable programme, one heart rate training programme as well as 100 memory spaces for self-created training programmes. All relevant training information is shown legibly on a 3,8" colour screen.
