Sehr tolles Produkt, die gleiche Qualität wie in der Physiotheraphie. Kann die gezeigten Übungen Zuhause eins zu eins wiederholen. Die Matte ist an sich sehr gut. Sie ist weich und ich lerne darauf gut das gehen. Ich nutze sie beispielweise um meine 10.000 Schritte pro Tag voll zu bekommen. So trainiere ich auch noch abends zuhause sehr gut. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, da die Matte auf meinem Parkettboden beim gehen sehr gern mitwandert.
