Sehr punktuelles Arbeiten möglich. Gibt weniger nach als z.B. ein Tennisball. Setze diesen Massageball hauptsächlich für kleine Verhärtungen am Hinterteil und an der Hüfte ein. Entspannung setzt schnell ein.
