Bob became my new bestfriend! The quality of craftmanship is truly as good as they advertise. Bob is well-suited for both precision and intensive training. Whether you are pro or amateur. He is almost scary and you'll enjoy kicking and punching the crap out of his smug/agressive looking face. He knows how to take a punch. He knows how to take thousands of them. I would strongly recommend you use gloves, as Bob's surface and feel is quite "rough". Just enough to mimic the resistance of human flesh (not the taste though), albeit of someone with 0% body-fat ! I recommend this product. If you can afford it, or are hesitant because it seems a bit above your budget, I still recommend you buy this model, as it's one of the best (maybe The best) of its kind. You will not be disspointed; I use mine at home. I've filled it with water for starters. I(ve also bought some tatami to protect my floor from abvrasion, and my neighbours from the noise made by the impact of my strikes. Good day to you all!

Absolutely love the BOB-XL, great for training boxing and other martial arts. I find it much easier to throw accurate punches when I can visualise the head, adjusted to my own height. Before when I used punch bags I was always punching too low, so this is great for fixing that problem. Also excellent for practicing kicks outside of training sessions, where time is often limited during a busy class. With Bob I can practice and refine my kicks over and over at home, again with great accuracy due to having an actual human shape to practice on. After just a couple of weeks I'm already seeing a big improvement during my actual training sessions, meaning I get to use that class time more effectively. Customer service went above and beyond my expectations, and product arrived safely in half the time I was quoted, amazing website, will definitely make further orders from here in the future!

Great product. As a novice boxer, one of the first things I have been taught is that technique and accuracy are even more important than power. Having a realistic head and torso provides the opportunity to work on accuracy that a heavy bag cannot provide. Build quality is high and so far Bob has taken everything I can throw at him without complaint. Bob is a serious investment at the price but, in my opinion, definitely worth it. Recommended.

It is an amazing product! I am completely satisfied with BOB XL! I am Shotokan karate student (orange belt). I practice every day and find out that BOB XL is indispensable for training low and high kicks, every kind of punches and strikes including focusing on vital points, which is impossible to do with usual punching bags or alive partners (of course if you are not going to kill your sparring partner). I give 5 stars to this product.
