The Posture Medic is available in two versions: Original and PLUS The Original version is recommended for most persons. Here, a rubber tube of middle resistance is used. It is perfect for all users, who spend a lot of time in sitting position as well as for beginners, who hardly train their neck and back muscles - or even not at all.

The PLUS version is suitable for persons, who are sportily very active. Here, a rubber tube of high resistance is used, which makes a more intensive stretchning of the muscles possible. Here, the loads for muscles are higher as well during the exercises.
