At the ISPO convention we had the chance to try out the first prototypes of this brand new vibration plate and were very impressed. The VT5 offers a completely new vibration concept and is delivered with a number of accesories. This gives the VT5 an exceptionally good price-performance ratio.
Vibration training without limits!
The vibration plate VT5 offers three different types of vibrations and all combinations of these. This offers in total 7 different functions. A unique function is the combination of all three types of vibrations. This combination offers higher frequency during training and therefore gives better training results.

The Taurus VT5 is delivered with everything to make the training more comfortable, variable and more effective.
Control your training remotely
The VT5 comes with a remote control (batteries incl.), allowing you to change the settings during your training at any time. You can, for example, change the type of vibrations, the training time or the vibration speed. You can also, of course, change these settings on the display of the console. Your training parameters are also displayed there.
More variety with physio bands!
You can considerably increase the amount of exercises possible by using the training bands that are included with the vibration plate. These elastic resistance bands are easily fastened to the frame of the vibration plate. The arms and shoulders especially benefit from the combination of strength training and vibration training.
Additionally to the remote control and the resistance bands the package also includes training examples and a mat. The mat can both be used as a protective mat under the vibration plate or be used as a training mat on or next to the vibration plate. For a bootylicious butt you can, for example, do the ”hip raise” excercise. Just place your feet on the vibration plate and reach your goal faster.
