Sensoboards are a German development and are handmade in Germany. The SENSOBOARD allround is completely treated with a special, sweat-resistant, and natural wood oil and is very well protected from dirt and humditiy.

Maximum multitude of movement, appreciated in many types of sport

A wooden board, which is fixed by elastic rubber bands on the sides, is placed on a sturdy steel ball. Due to the small surface of the board and the variable rubber bands, a great movement freedom in all directions is given. This intended "instability" demands all muscle groups, mainly the supporting and core muscles. Do a multitude of exercises and create a varied training by using small weights, expanders or Kettlebells.
