The Taurus Studio Kettlebell Pro demonstrates real studio qualities with its first-class workmanship. The cast-iron kettlebell is ideal for your strength training corner at home as well as for professional use in the studio.

The surface of the Kettlebell features very fine pores. Not only does this give you a better grip as you do the exercises, it also prevents unpleasant chafing on the palms of your hands. Für die meisten Trainingprogramme reichen zwei Gewichte, ein leichtes für einarmige Übungen (z. B. 12kg für einarmiges Schulterdrücken) und ein schwereres für zweihändige (z. B. 20kg für Swings, Ausfallschritte). Wer Mühe bei der Wahl der Gewichte hat, sollte ein vergleichbares Gewicht nehmen und damit die Ûbung probieren. Meistens lässt sich im Haushalt was finden. Bei mir ist die letzte Bestellung leicht abgeblättert geliefert worden, weil das Paket (aus herkömmlichem Karton) beim Tragen unter dem Gewicht der 24 Kilogramm schweren Kettlebell gerissen und die Kettlebell auf den Boden gefallen ist. Unter Umständen war der Karton durch Schnee aufgeweicht, aber so was sollte nicht passieren dürfen. [Show less]

Mooie kwaliteit kettlebells, lijken niet snel te beschadigen. Wij trainen op rubberen matten en dan blijven ze heel goed.
