Ich hab mir den Faszienroller zusätzlich zum Laufband bestellt damit ich schneller vom Training regeneriere. Sie lässt sich für jeden Körperbereich anwenden. In meinem Fall benutze ich sie am ehesten für die Beine. Kann ich empfehlen!
