Gefällt mir besser als der normale Rudergriff. Man hat mehr Gripp und die Hände ermüden nicht so schnell beim Training.

Die Griffe habe ich im Gym kennen und lieben gelernt. Seit dem ich mir ein Homegym aufbaue, hab ich nach einer günstigen Alternative zum original gesucht und bin fpndig geworden.
