Super Seil, ermöglicht eine volle ROM bei allen Übungen. Spart den Kauf von zwei kürzeren Seilen, könnte jedoch gerne auch noch etwas länger sein.

Bei manchen Übungen (z.B. Facepulls) würden eigentlich zwei Seile benötigt. Mit der langen Variante ist allerdings ebenso eine volle ROM möglich. Top!

...super Seil mit der nötigen Länge, um am Ende der Bewegung (Trizepsübung) das Seil noch schön nach außen drücken zu können. Auch ist das Seil nicht so steif.
