The Taurus Weight Sled works on many different surfaces – on real turf as well as on artificial turf. You can easily change the training weight by loading the sled with different weight plates. Now all you have to do is decide whether to pull or give it a push. You can push the slide on the two push rods. These are 100 cm high, so you can choose the position that will exert the most force. If you prefer to pull it like a train, you can wear the supplied harness and connect it to the carriage. Decide for yourself whether you want to pull forwards or backwards.
