Gewicht kann durch die einzelenen Gewichtsstäbe in 10 Schritten individuell angepasst werden. Liegen zwar gut an, sind aber bei dünnen Beinen sehr weit. Top Verarbeitung. Nutze die Manschetten für Bauch- und Rückenübungen.

Enligt beskrivning, men är framförallt till för benen/anklarna men med en handduk runt handleden funkar det på armarna också. Robusta och bra manschetter, dock ett litet hål på en av hållarna till vikterna, hoppas det inte blir större bara... Plus att man kan ta ut vikterna.
