Togu Aero-Step Pro for demanding Functional Training

The Togu Aero-Step Pro is big enough to do exercises in sitting, lying or standing position. The balance board can be used on both sides: one side is covered with approximately 1,000 little massage knobs. The other side is even and is suitable as support. The surface of the Togu Aero-Step Pro is easy to clean and very hygienic.

Instabile training with depth effect

Thanks to the 2-chamber air system, the Togu Aero-Step Pro is very instable. Exercise are more demanding (coordination) and more effective. Functional Training with a balance board affects core muscles. Besides muscle building, many further positive effects are given: perception, stimulus processing, and stability are trained and improved. Posture is improved and ensures a healthy back. The Togu Aero-Step Pro has the AGR quality seal as very back-gentle training equipment.
