Description: Togu Redondo Ball

The Togu Redondo Ball is suitable for many different exercises like MindBody, Pilates, Wellness and Fitness. The "foldable" ball is suitable, for example, to strengthen the spine musculature, mobility of the spinejoints, relaxation, abdominal training, pelvis training and for neck massage.
The Togu Redondo Ball can be inflated and deflated very quickly and easily and can therefore be taken everywhere you go. With little air inside, you can also use it as a support pillow for neck and back.

Tolle Ergänzung im Home Gym. Dank der Eigenschaft Luft schnell ab und aufzublasen ist der Ball auch ideal für Balanceübungen. Leider ist das Material gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht so schön glatt wie manch ein Gymnastikball

Super lille bold i gode kvalitetsmaterialer. Holder ikke luften helt ved længere træning ved stort pres, men er til gengæld meget let at fylde mere luft i.
