Wahoo Fitness presents once again its innovative power with the Wahoo Fitness TICKR X heart rate strap BT/ANT+, when it is coming to the topic "wearable technology".
The Wahoo Fitness TICKR X is the worldwide first heart rate strap with integrated memory chip. Besides all options of the TICKR RUN , the Wahoo Fitness TICKR X heart rate strap BT/ANT+ offers the additional possibility to record data like heart rate, calory consumption as well as training duration - independent of carrying along a Smartphone. Training data of many types of sport, i.e., football or swimming, can be recorded and then transmitted to a Smartphone. The synchronization is done via the approved Bluetoorth Smart or ANT+ technology.

Of course, the Smartphone can also be carried along; in real time, the data inform about running style, cadence and many more - everything shown via the free App of Wahoo, RunKeeper, Runtastic, etc.
The integrated Buzz mode (vibration function) and the tip remote mode, can be programmed for different functions. The beginning and the end of an activity or training lap can be set, i.a.. Furthermore, pieces of music can be chosen by slight touching the chest strap (provided that the smartphone is carried along) or a mute vibration alarm signals that the target heart rate zone is just left.

Sobald man den Dreh raus hat, klappts gut. Ich brauchte einen Bluetooth-fähigen HF-Gurt nach Kauf eines Tacx Neo, um nicht extra einen ANT ... [Read more]-Empfänger für meinen Rechner zu kaufen. Das Verbinden klappt auch mit allen getesteten iPhone Apps sofort – Strava, Health, Trainerroad, The Sufferfest und natürlich den Wahoo-eigenen Apps). Warum ich mich für diesen BLE-HR-Gurt entschieden habe?: Vor allem wegen dem EXTRA, auch während des Schwimmens HR-Daten aufnehmen zu können und diese, sobald ich aus dem Wasser bin (oder drirekt vom Beckenrand ans in der Tasche liegende Handy schicken? - noch nicht getestet) die Daten an die App senden zu können. So habe ich zwar kein Live-Monitoring aber mich hatte schon immer interessiert, wie eigentlich die HF-Daten während des Schwimmens aussehen, im Verhältnis zur gefühlten Anstrengung. Reszta funkcji i aplikacja Runfit super czytelna i działa off-line, dane można potem zsychronizaować własciwie ze wszystkimi serwisami monitorującymi nasza aktywność albo automatycznie albo przez wysłanie pliku.
